After receiving your quote and confirming your appointment.
Our technicians will arrive at the premises and visually inspect the upholstery to identify problem areas and stains.
2. Furniture Moving
Any obtrusive furniture is moved to a safe distance, so as to avoid breakages, and will be moved back into position before the team exits the premises. Please note, this service is done on site at the clients premises.
3. Commercial Pre-vacuum
Soil is removed by a commercially powered vacuum. Removing dry soil is, one of, the most crucial steps to achieving a pristine end result.
4. Pre-Spot Treat
A Masterguard fabric stain remover is applied to problem areas, spots and stains to improve the chances of removal.
5. Spray & Scrub
A solution of hot water and detergent is then pumped into the fibres and agitated to release the foreign debris from the fibres of the upholstery.
6. Rinse & Extraction
The Upholstery is then thoroughly rinsed and sucked using a powerful Kärcher cleaning extraction system.
7. Post-Spot Treat
Any remaining stubborn spots are then re-treated with Masterguard fabric stain remover, agitated, rinsed, washed and sucked.
8. Suck Again
Every inch of the upholstery is treated and sucked as dry as possible throughout the process. However, please allow for 6-8 hours of drying time.
9. Air Circulation
If possible, we leave windows and doors open to help with air circulation.
Fans and air-conditioners may also be used to help speed up the drying process. Generally allow for up to 8 hours, depending on the weather and living circumstances.
*How often should I clean my couch?
We recommend deep cleaning your couch once a year however if you have children and/or pets you may want to consider having us repeat the process every 6 months so.
