Good To Know

Questions we get asked

All questions

How does the ozone machine rental work?: Close the windows and doors, run the machine for 6 to 8 hours, then ventilate the space thoroughly. It removes stubborn odours including cigarette and marijuana smoke from rooms and upholstery. A drop-off and collection service is available on request.
What is ozone treatment?: Ozone treatment uses an ozone-generating machine to help treat certain persistent odours. Ozone is hazardous to breathe and must only be used in an unoccupied space under appropriate safety procedures. People, pets and plants must be kept out during treatment, and the space must be properly ventilated and cleared for re-entry in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's instructions.
Can I stay in the house while the ozone machine is running?: No. The treatment area must be unoccupied while ozone is being generated. Do not enter during operation, and do not rely on the absence of a smell to determine whether the space is safe. Follow the specific operating, ventilation and re-entry instructions supplied with the machine.
Can you eliminate cigarette and cannabis smoke odours?: We offer odour treatment options for smoke-related odours, including ozone machine rental and other suitable treatments. Success depends on how heavily the space is affected, how long the odour has been present and whether smoke residues have penetrated fabrics, walls, ceilings or other materials. Additional cleaning may be necessary.
